Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

It must also be in the original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items

Products that are damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper care

Items returned after the 14-day window

Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product, contact us at info@breezecurl.store with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
